DrinkFlow and VendorFlow are separate Studio Samantha products for drink counters and event vendors. Each shop keeps its own business data and brand; the products organize the operational work around them.
Privacy and operations
Data use
Operational data such as order flow, drink counts, pickup timing, reports, product demand, and signup details is used to run the product and support the shop that provided it. Customer-facing screenshots, quotes, or case-study notes are published only with permission and without private customer details.
Product and shop boundaries
Ownership
Studio Samantha owns the DrinkFlow and VendorFlow product code, layouts, copy, reporting logic, product setup, and related technical materials unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A participating shop keeps ownership of its own business data, brand assets, and approved materials.

Trademarks
DrinkFlow, VendorFlow, and Studio Samantha are product and brand names used by Studio Samantha. Square® is a registered trademark of Block, Inc. Other service and platform names belong to their respective owners.
These products are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Square or other third-party service providers.
